1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.airsip.org (the “Site”) and your purchase of AirSip products. AirSip (“we,” “us,” “our”) is located in Florida, USA. By accessing the Site, purchasing products or using any of our services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. f you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About AirSip
AirSip sells a portable atmospheric water generator (“Product”). We reserve the right to modify our products or discontinue them at any time without notice.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes to browse, learn about AirSip and purchase products. You may not use our Site for any commercial exploitation without our written consent.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Engage in illegal activities or harass others through the Site.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or modify any part of the Site or its content without permission.
Use automated means (bots, scraping tools) to access the Site.
Bypass, hack or disrupt the Site’s security or functionality.
Use the Site if you are under the legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, duties or shipping fees. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through secure, third‑party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship products to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control. If you desire insurance coverage, please let us know when placing your order.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (or offer store credit if you prefer).
8. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors or other content are error‑free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly (with your consent). Prices may change without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to product designs, text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, and trademarks (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) are owned by or licensed to AirSip and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Intellectual Property in any form or by any means without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as product reviews or testimonials), but by submitting such content you grant AirSip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and display that content for promotional and business purposes.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our Intellectual Property except the limited rights to access and use the Site and purchase our products as expressly set forth herein.
10. User Content
If you post reviews, comments or other content on the Site or social‑media platforms, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, translate and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or control the rights to your submissions and that they do not infringe any third‑party rights.
11. Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AirSip and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees from any claims, losses or damages (including attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products. We provide the Site and products “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirSip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
12. Service Disruptions
We may temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance or other reasons and will try to give notice when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from interruptions, delays or errors on the Site.
13. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or AirSip. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Site and ceasing purchases. We may terminate or suspend access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the Site or other users.
14. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Notice, available via a link at the bottom of every page, explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data and cookies. By using the Site, you consent to our privacy practices.
15. Product Visualization Disclaimer
The images, videos, and renderings shown on this website are conceptual representations of the AirSip™ device. They are provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only and may not reflect the final design, specifications, or features of the production unit.
AirSip™ is currently in the prototype and development phase. While our team is working toward delivering the product as shown, designs, features, and specifications are subject to change during engineering, testing, and manufacturing.
By engaging with this website and/or participating in preorders, you acknowledge and accept that:
Renderings and visuals do not represent final, mass-produced units.
Actual product may vary in appearance, dimensions, performance, and materials.
Estimated timelines are subject to change based on development, testing, and production.
Our commitment remains to deliver a high-quality, functional device that provides safe, reliable, and sustainable drinking water.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law. Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
